Bean burger

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion
½ cup Catsup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can Kidney beans
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Chili powder
\N \N Salt and pepper

Brown ground beef and onion. Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce.

Simmer for 20 minutes. Add kidney beans, garlic powder, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on toasted bun and tip with cheese.
