Bean and chicken burritos

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Flour tortillas 7-8\"
1 cup Fat free refried beans
8 slices Deli chicken breast (3 oz.)
¼ cup Salsa
2 ounces Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese (1/2 c.)
1 cup Shredded lettuce

Heat oven to 400. Spread ¼ cup refried beans evenly onto each tortilla. Place 2 slices chicken and 2 tablespoons cheese down the center ⅓ of each tortilla; fold sides over filling. Place, folded side down, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 6-8 minutes or until throoughly heated. Serve topped with lettuce and salsa.
