MeasureIngredient
1 medium Egg; whipped
1 cup Oil
½ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Oyster sauce
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
1 cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Horseradish; rounded
1½ teaspoon Garlic salt
2 cups 7-Up(TM)
10 pounds Turkey breast slices; 3/8" thick

Whip first 7 ingredients; add 7-UP. Marinate turkey in marinade over night.

Grill over medium heat, being careful not to overcook. The sauce will carmalize over the heat creating a chewy crust.
