Measure Ingredient
1½ tablespoon Pork drippping
¼ cup Vinegar
½ \N Bottle
2 tablespoons Red pepper -- crushed
¼ cup Chili powder
½ gallon Ketchup
½ cup Sugar
½ tablespoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic salt
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
57 \N Sauce

Combine all ingredients and simmer until thick. When you use this remember it's really a glaze not a sauce. This recipe makes about 1 gallon. You can

thin it out with beer beforeuse.
