1 cup Catsup
1 teaspoon Celery salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Honey
6 pounds Boned shoulder of lamb
  (rolled & tied)

Combine catsup, celery salt, Worcestershire, pepper & honey; mix well.

Place lamb on spit; brush with honey mixture. Cook on rotisserie 2 hours, brushing frequently with honey mixture during cooking.
