MeasureIngredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Chopped onion
10 ounces Can chicken gumbo soup 284mL
1 each Tb Prepared mustard
  Hamburg buns or toast

Combine beef and onion in a 10 x 6 x 2" glass dish. Microwave 6-8 minutes, stirring twice, pour off fat. (Plastic sieve is good for this.) Blend in soup and mustard, cook 3 minutes or until hot. Stir.
