Measure | Ingredient |

1 pint | Mixed dry beans |
2 \N | Onions; chopped |
1 \N | Green pepper |
2 \N | Stalks celery |
1 cup | Whole tomatoes; cut in fourths |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
Soak beans overnight. Cook in 2 quarts water beef bone and ham. Add smoked sausage and cook until done. Salt to taste. Serves 6.
