Bayou bean soup

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pint Mixed dry beans
2 \N Onions; chopped
1 \N Green pepper
2 \N Stalks celery
1 cup Whole tomatoes; cut in fourths
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Soak beans overnight. Cook in 2 quarts water beef bone and ham. Add smoked sausage and cook until done. Salt to taste. Serves 6.
