1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Cornmeal
1 cup Milk
Eggs, slightly beaten

Sift flour, baking powder & salt, then add cornmeal. Blend milk with eggs, then combine milk mixture with dry & blend.

#2 2 eggs 1½ cups flour ½ tsp. salt Beat eggs well. Dip, then dredge with flour & salt.

#3 4 eggs, separated ¾ tsp. baking powder 4 Tbls. flour ¼ tsp.

Beat whites until stiff. Beat yolks until thick. Sift dry ingredients. Add to yolks & blend well. Fold whites into mixture.
