Basil-avocado soup

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Avocados; peeled & pitted
1 cup Reduced-fat sour cream
½ cup Fresh basil; chopped
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2½ cup Chicken stock
\N \N Avocado slices, sour cream
\N \N And Basil sprigs to garnish

In a processor or blender, combine avocados, sour cream, basil, lemon juice and pepper; puree until smooth. Add chicken stock; process until smooth. Serve and garnish with avocado slices, a dab of low-fat sour cream and basil. Per serving: 233 cal. 5 g protein, 19 g fat, 7 mg chol., 14 g carbs, 367 mg sodium.
