Basil garlic toast triangles

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 slices Whole grain bread
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 teaspoons Grated parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Dried basil leaves

Heat oven to 375. Place bread slices on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush each with oil; sprinkle evenly with cheese, garlic powder and basil.

Carefully cut each bread slice into 4 triangles; do not separate.

Bake 5-8 minutes or until crisp.

Per serving: 70cal., 2g pro., 7g carb., 1g fiber, 4g fat, 1mg chol., 95mg sod., 40mg pot., ½ starch and 1 fat exchange.
