Basic loaf recipe for legumes

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Legumes; cooked
1 cup Bread crumbs, wheat germ or ground nuts
1 cup Liquid--soymilk, tomato juice, etc.
\N \N Seasonings to taste--garlic, onions, etc

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in loaf pan in 350 degree oven until firm, about 30 minutes.
