Basic herbed lemon butter^

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Freshly grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon Parsley, oregano, marjoram,
\N \N Minced onion, tarragon, or
\N \N Paprika
\N \N OR
1 teaspoon Dill weed or basil

Melt butter, add lemon juice and peel, blending well. add any one or a combination of seasonings, if desired. Keep warm. Serve with vegetables. Makes about 12 1 teaspoon servings with 33 calories, 4 g fat and 33 mg cholesterol.
