Basic freezer ice cream

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Eggs
3 cups Sugar (or less)
2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 cans (16-oz) evaporated milk
1 cup Milk
3 cups Peaches or other fruit; optional

Beat eggs & sugar until frothy & mixed well. Add milk & mix well. Add vanilla. Pour into electric freezer & freeze. Yields 3 quarts plain or 1 gallon with fruit.
