Basic fat burning soup

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 larges White onions
1 large Green bell pepper
½ large Head of cabbage
½ bunch Celery
½ bunch Chopped carrots
1 can (32 oz) of tomatoes
1 pack Lipton Onion Soup Mix
\N \N Seasonings to taste and/or bouillon

Cut veggies into small pieces, cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes.

Change to Simmer and continue cooking until veggies are just tender. DO NOT eat just soup alone or you will become under-nourished, follow daily plan.

DO NOT drink alcoholic beverages.
