Basic crepes - butter busters^

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
1 cup Skim milk
½ cup Egg Beaters
1 each Tb liquid Butter buds

Blend flour, milk, Egg Beaters and Butter buds, let stand 30 mintues.

Heat an 8" skillet or crepe pan that has been sprayed with Pam over medium high heat. Pout in a scant ¼ cup batter, tilting to cover botom of pan. Cook 1-2 minutes; tun and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute more. Use in recipes caling for prepared crepes. Note: You can make these a little thicker and they can be substituted for flour tortillas.
