| Measure | Ingredient |

| 5 pounds | Ham; sliced |
| 1½ cup | Catsup |
| ½ cup | Onion; chopped |
| ½ cup | Green pepper; chopped |
| ¼ pounds | Margarine |
| 6 teaspoons | Brown sugar |
| 6 tablespoons | Mustard with horseradish |
| 1 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
Mix all ingredients except ham. Simmer sauce for 15 minutes. Add ham and simmer 1 hour. Serve on buns. Serves 10-15.
