 1 clove garlic, crushed
  2 packages (4 ounces each) smoked sliced beef, cut into
 6 hamburger buns, split

1 lb Chopped smoked beef brisket or cooked beef ¾ c Open Pit original flavor barbecue sauce 1 T Brown sugar, packed

4 Hamburger buns, split and toasted Vlasic Country Classic sweet chunky relish Combine meat, barbecue sauce and sugar in 2-quart saucepan. Over medium heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, approximately 25 minutes, stirring often. Serve in buns with relish.

Zesty Barbeque Sandwich

: Servings: 6

½ c ketchup

¼ c vinegar

2 ts packed brown sugar

2 T chopped onion

1 T Worcestershire sauce

¼ ts dry mustard

1"strips

Mix all ingredients except beef and buns in 2-quart saucepan.

Stir in beef. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until beef is hot.

Serve on buns.
