Barbecued-pork sandwiches, lhj

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Boneless pork roast
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
1 \N Jar barbecue sauce; (18 or 19 oz.)
4 \N Soft hamburger rolls
\N \N Coleslaw; (optional)

1. Heat oven to 325°F. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat a Dutch oven 1 minute over medium-high heat. Brown pork on all sides, about 4 minutes per side.

2. Add barbecue sauce to Dutch oven; cover and bake 1½ hours until pork is fork-tender.

3. Transfer pork to cutting board. Slice into thin pieces. Return to Dutch oven and cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Place rolls on serving plates.

Divide pork mixture and spoon into each roll..
