HOISIN SAUCE
Combine warm water and sugar until dissolved. Mix in Hoisin sauce and sesame oil. Marinate ribs at least 2 hours, turning frequently.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place ribs in a single layer on rack in a foil-lined roasting pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn ribs and baste with Hoisin sauce. Lowerheat to 375 degrees and continue baking, turning and basting occasionally, fo Recipe By :
