Barbecued shrimp #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Thawed shrimp in shell
1 \N Stick butter
1 \N Bottle (large) Italian salad dressing
6 \N Lemons; juice of
1 ounce Black pepper
1 slice Onion (optional)

Melt butter in large pan. Add shrimp, salad dressing, lemon juice & pepper.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Stir frequently to bring shrimp on bottom to top. Serve with chunks of French bread to dip in sauce. Serves 6-8.
