Barbecued ribs of beef

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Short ribs
2 teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Catchup
½ cup Water
¼ cup Cider vinegar
½ cup Minced onions
1 \N Garlic clove -- minced

You can use the top of the roast beef bones. Have them cut in 2-inch pieces. Brown the ribs in a heated casserole or Dutch oven; pour off the fat. Combine all the ingredients and add to ribs.
