1½ pounds Chicken Wings
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Chopped Lemon Grass
8 \N Cloves Garlic, Chopped
½ teaspoon White Pepper
¼ cup Minced Cilantro Root Or: Coriander Root
1 teaspoon Tumeric

This is a favorite barbecue recipe. The enticing aroma of the sizzling meat on the grill makes it very popular with the street vendors' clientele.
