Barbecue sauce for fish

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Thick lemon slice
1 \N Onion; sliced
¼ cup White vinegar
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Sugar
¼ teaspoon Cayenne (red) pepper
2 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Catsup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Liquid smoke

Mix first 9 ingredients; simmer for 20 minutes then add remaining ingredients. Remove lemon slice, baste of fish and barbecue.
