MeasureIngredient
8 cans (small) tomato sauce
4 cans (small) tomato paste
1½ quart Vinegar
2 cups Sugar
1 pint Water
5 ounces Chili powder
2 tablespoons Cumin
4 tablespoons Red pepper or cayenne
2 tablespoons Liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients in a 2-gallon cooker. Simmer on very low heat for 30-45 minutes.
