banana-poppy seed dressing

1 large (or 2 small) ripe bananas cut into chunks
1 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
¼ cup Light brown sugar
2 tablespoons Orange juice
1 tablespoon Raspberry or cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger
1 tablespoon Poppy seeds

From: Felicia Pickering <MNHAN063@...> Date: Sat, 13 Jul 1996 16:22:55 EDT Place all ingredients except poppy seeds in container of an electric blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour dressing into sealable container or jar, add poppy seeds, and refrigerate until ready to use. Yield: Approximately 1½ cups.
