Banana-oat bran waffles

Measure Ingredient
1 large Ripe banana
2 eaches Egg whites
1 cup Skim milk
3 tablespoons Safflower oil
1 cup All purpose flour
\N \N « cup oat bran
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 each Lightly coat a waffle iron with vegetable cooking spray and preheat.
2 eaches In a blender or food processor, place the banana, egg whites, milk and
\N \N Oil. Blend until thoroughly combined.
3 eaches In a medium bowl, place the flour, oat bran, sugar and baking powder.

Add the banana mixture and stir only until moistened;the batter should be slightly lumpy. 4. Pour ⅓ cup of the batter onto the prepared waffle iron and cook 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Repeat with the remaining batter.
