1 cup Buttermilk; see note
1 \N Box (18.25-oz) Duncan Hines moist deluxe white cake mix
1½ cup Bananas; mashed
1 tablespoon Oil
3 \N Egg whites; whipped
¼ cup Walnuts; chopped
½ cup Fat-free hot fudge topping
¼ cup Walnuts; chopped

Enjoy:-) Recipe By: 365 Great Chocolate Desserts Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, dissolve baking soda in buttermilk. Add cake mix, bananas, oil, and egg whites. Spoon half of banana mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle ¼ cup walnuts evenly over batter and drizzle fudge sauce over walnuts. Top with remaining banana mixture, spread evenly.

Sprinkle remaining walnuts over top. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

Per serving: 258 Calories; 6g Fat (21% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 48g Carbohydrate; 1mg Cholesterol; 313mg Sodium NOTES: Buttermilk Substitute: Combine 3 teaspoons vinegar with enough milk to equal 1 cup; let stand 10 minutes.
