| 3 | BANANAS |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| Boil one-half cup of sugar and one cup of | |

| Remove from heat; add three peeled | |
| Bananas; two tablespoons of lemon juice, | |
| And the two well beaten eggs. | |
| Add the pinch of salt and mash and beat | |
| Until smooth. | |
