banana orange muffins

2 larges Bananas; mashed
⅓ cup Corn syrup
1½ cup 1% low-fat milk; * see note
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons Orange peel; grated
3½ cup Flour
⅓ cup Sugar
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Raisins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins. Using a whisk combine all wet ingredients including orange peel. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients, mixing well. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture stirring just until combined. Fill muffin tins ⅔ full. Bake for about 20 mins. or until done.
