banana oatmeal bread

Extra-large egg
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 cup Mashed very ripe bananas
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Powdered buttermilk
1 cup Quick-cooking oats
2½ cup Unbleached white flour
⅓ cup Steel-cut oats***
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

***Soak oats in ⅓ cup boiling water until the mixture is at room temperature. Place all ingredients in the machine in order suggested by manufacturer and program for basic bread.
