Banana glace~

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Frozen ripe Bananas
1½ cup Skim milk
2 tablespoons Honey
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Vanilla
\N \N Freshly ground nutmeg

Slice bananas and place them in a blender or food processor with ½ cup of the milk and honey. Blend until smooth. Add remaining milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Blend. Freeze until slushy, about 1½ hours.

Rmove from freezer, blend again until smooth. Refreeze. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.

Makes 4 servings.

Per serving: 121 calories; ⅗ g fat (4%).
