| 1 | Ripe banana, sliced into thin pieces |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 cup | Cold milk |
| 2 tablespoons | Maple syrup |
Beat together banana, egg and sugar until well blended and smooth.
Add milk and maple syrup and beat until combined. Pour into chilled glasses. This has a very delicate banana flavor.
