Banana eggnog

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Ripe banana, sliced into thin pieces
1 \N Egg
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Cold milk
2 tablespoons Maple syrup

Beat together banana, egg and sugar until well blended and smooth.

Add milk and maple syrup and beat until combined. Pour into chilled glasses. This has a very delicate banana flavor.
