banana cranberry cream

6 Servings
Ripe bananas
1 pack Unflavored gelatin
¼ cup Cold water
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 ounces Cranberry liqueur
½ pint Cream, whipped

peel and slice bananas. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Combine sliced bananas, gelatin, sugar, lemon juice and cranberry liqueur, Blend in blender until smooth. Partially freeze mixture. Fold in whipped cream and freeze. serves 6 to 8
