1 each Frozen banana; cut up
½ cup Plain nonfat or soy yogurt
¾ cup Fresh strawberries
 x Grated nutmeg

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Pour drink into a glass and dust with nutmeg.

PER SERVING: 133 calories; 1g fat; 7% calories from fat; 0mg cholesterol; 2.4g fiber.
