|2 cups||Sifted all-purpose flour|
|1 teaspoon||Baking powder|
|½ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|1 cup||Chopped dried apricots|
|¾ cup||Mashed ripe bananas|
|¼ cup||Butter; melted|
Preheat oven to 350ø. Sift dry ingredients together. Add apricots. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until well blended. Turn into a 9x5 glass loaf pan that has been greased and lined with wax paper. Bake at 350ø for 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yield: 1 loaf.
