Baked ziti with three cheeses

Yield: 3 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Ziti
15 ounces Ricotta cheese
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese --
\N \N Shredded
1 \N Egg -- lightly beaten
¼ cup Chopped parsley
1 \N Clove garlic -- minced
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
\N pinch Ground nutmeg
¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta following package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease 2-quart casserole. In lg bowl, blend ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, parsley, garlic, pepper & nutmeg; stir in ziti. Spoon into prepared casserole & sprinkle with remaining mozzarella & Parmesan. Bake until top is golden, about 30 min. Makes 8 servings. (The way my family eats it does not make 8 servings!!)
