| 1½ tablespoon | Margarine |
| 1 tablespoon | Fresh ginger root -- grated |
| 2 tablespoons | Lime juice |
| 2 tablespoons | Ketchup |
Place the fish fillets on a rack set in a pan (or use broiling pan), and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven for 12 minutes per inch of thickness.
While the fish is cooking, melt the margarine in a small saucepan. Add the ginger, lime juice and ketchup. Stir until blended and hot.
Spoon sauce over fish and serve.
