preheat oven to 400 degrees, wash and dry tatoes,. Cut the potatoe (but only ¾ through) into 4 slices. Slice onion into ¼ inch slices then in half, put onion inside potatoe slices. Rub potatoe with butter and wrap in tin foil cook for one hour
