While noodles are still warm, combine with remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs. Sprinkle the inner surfaces of a buttered shallow baking dish with bread crumbs; spoon the noodle-ham mixture into dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 40 mins., or until mixture is cooked.

NOTES : The Poles are extremely fond of noodles, kluski, which housewives
often prepare at home. Kluski are cooked with several foods such
as poppy seeds and homey, cottage cheese ans sugar, cottage cheese
and sour cream, or fried bacon. This dish may be served as a luncheon or supper entree.
