baked louisiana strawberries with ice cream

MeasureIngredient
2 cups Strawberries, halved
⅔ cup Blueberries
Plums, pitted, cut into eighths
Peach, pitted, cut into eighths
1 tablespoon Sugar
⅓ cup Sweet white wine vanilla ice cream

================DIRECTIONS============================ Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place fruit in 8-inch square glass baking dish.

Sprinkle with sugar. Pour wine over fruit. Bake until fruit is tender about 20 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Serves 6.
