Measure | Ingredient |

3 cups | Soft bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon | Bacon drippings |
¼ cup | Onion; finely chopped |
¼ cup | Diced bacon; cooked |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | Water |

2 pounds | Dressed fish |
\N \N | Soft butter or margarine |
\N \N | Lemon wedges |
Mix together all ingredients except fish, butter and lemon. Place stuffing lightly in cavity of fish; do not skewer. Place in greased baking pan; spread with butter. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Baste occasionally. Serve with lemon wedges.
