Baked corn en casserole

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Creamed corn; No. 303
1 can Whole kernel corn; No. 303
1 large Onion; chopped
1 medium Bell pepper; chopped
2 ounces Pimiento; chopped
⅔ cup Milk
1 \N Egg; well beaten
1 cup Cracker crumbs
1 cup Cheese; grated
¼ cup Butter or margarine; melted
2 tablespoons Sugar
\N \N Salt and pepper; to taste
\N \N Red pepper; to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
