Baked chicken and rice #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Brown rice
1 \N Cut-up chicken
3 cups Hot water
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
1 pack Onion soup mix

Butter baking dish, add 1 cup rice. Sprinkle rice with garlic salt. Lay chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Add 3 cups hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-½ hours or until done.
