Baked cheese spread

Yield: 32 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4½ ounce Camembert cheese
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
¼ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dried marjoram leaves
2 \N Eggs
2 \N Green onions (with tops), sliced
\N \N Paprika
32 \N Thin slices French bread

Remove rind from Camembert cheese and let cheese stand until room temperature.

Mix cheeses and remaining ingredients except paprika and bread on low speed until smooth. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in 350F oven until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with French bread.
