1 pack | (10 Oz.) Frozen Lima Beans |
3 cans | (1 Lb.) Baked Beans |
2 cans | (1 Lb.) Kidney Beans; drained |
1 pounds | Pork Link Sausage |
½ pounds | Smoked Ham; cut in 1/2\" cubes |
1 tablespoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Mustard |
½ tablespoon | Pepper |
1 can | (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce |
½ cup | Catsup |
¼ cup | Brown Sugar |
1 medium | Onion; chopped |
Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and seasonings with 3½ qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400 degrees for one hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry.
Serves 25 at buffet.
