2 cans | (29-oz) peeled apricot halves; drained |
1 \N | Stick butter; melted |
½ cup | Apricot juice |
1 \N | Box (9-oz) Ritz crackers |
⅔ cup | Brown sugar |
\N \N | Cinnamon |
Grease shallow 2-quart casserole. Layer with apricots. Add brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with crushed cracker crumbs. Pour butter and apricot juice over. Bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes.
