MeasureIngredient
Apple, cored, peeled
2 tablespoons Orange or apple juice, unswt
⅛ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Raisins

Peel and core apple. Place each apple in individual glass casserole, fill center with raisins. Pour juice over raisins, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover with wax paper and bake in microwave on high about 2 min. per apple until tender. (CHECK - depends on the size and kind of apple.) Serve warm.

A similar recipe suggested unpeeled apples baked for 30-40 min. at 350F uncovered.
