|3 ounces||Bailey's Irish Cream|
|1½ ounce||Chocolate or vanilla syrup|
|6 ounces||Bottle seltzer water or club soda|
In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, milk, and syrup until well blended. Add the seltzer water all at once, which will produce 2-inch foamy head. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving. MasterCook formatted by Ethel Snyder
