2 tablespoons | Butter |
1 each | Clove garlic chopped |
1 cup | Sliced mushrooms |
1 each | Red pepper diced |
2 cups | Diced cooked chicken |
1½ cup | Cooked broccoli |
2 eaches | Green onions chopped |
1 can | Cream of Mushroom soup |
2 teaspoons | Worchestershire sauce |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¾ cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
In medium saucepan heat butter, add garlic and mushroom saute. Add red pepper and cook 1 minute. Add chicken, broccoli and green onions. Heat. Reduce heat and add cream of mushroom soup, worchestershire sauce and salt. Stir well and heat through 3 to 5 minutes. Toast bagels and butter lightly.
