2 cups Boiling water
1¼ cup Cold water
½ cup Tequila
¼ cup Triple Sec

... By the way, we made the Margarita Jell-O using 1800 and Grand Marnier ... it is quite good, and easy to consume more than one should, but that's part of the fun.
